Green tea Vs weight loss


Why green tea considered a weight loss drink? I know many peoples who drink green tea just to lose weight. As we know green tea is a type of tea which made from  Camellia sinensis leaves. And green tea only helps to increase metabolism, I studied from an article that if you drink five eight-ounce cups of green tea a day, you can increase your energy expenditure by 90 calories a day and we considered that it helps in weight loss journey. I think there is no drink which helps you to lose weight without doing exercise or adopting a healthy diet routine. We should follow the formula that is "stay hungry, stay healthy, stay happy"

Green tea improves your diet, your skin, and your teeth. As it increases the metabolic rate as it improves your diet by burning the calories. Many other advantages of green tea available like it reduce certain cancer risk and cholesterol. Green tea calms you down and relaxes you because it has a natural chemical that is catechin and catechin is the antioxidant.it improves eye health.
If you are not already a  green tea drinker -you should be. Because green tea is the healthiest variety of tea industry.
